Privacy
This page outlines the intended privacy posture for Devv PropOS during pilot and early access. It should be reviewed before public paid launch.
Devv PropOS may process client contact details, lead notes, property context, task records, viewing information, offer records, team membership details, and operational reporting data. Where document uploads are enabled, uploaded files may include identity records, signed agreements, proof of address, proof of funds, property evidence, compliance certificates, and related agency documents.
Information is used to operate an estate agency workspace: assigning work, tracking follow-up, managing property-related workflows, producing reports, and preserving accountable agency history.
Access is designed around organization membership, agency role, branch context, and assignment. The product should not expose one agency's records to another agency.
Agencies are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, choosing what to upload, limiting access internally, and complying with any retention or deletion duties that apply to the documents they store in PropOS.
This is a working privacy summary for live testing. A final legal policy should be reviewed before public paid onboarding.
