Pilot terms for a controlled operating workspace.

These terms are a plain-language early access summary. They should be replaced or reviewed before public paid launch.

Early access

Devv PropOS is currently intended for selected pilot agencies. Pilot access may be approved, paused, or adjusted while workflows, billing, and support processes are finalized.

Acceptable use

Agencies should use the platform for legitimate estate agency operations and should not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated content.

Data responsibility

Agencies remain responsible for the accuracy of information entered by their users and for ensuring they have a lawful basis to process client information.

Commercial rollout

Paid plans, billing terms, support levels, and cancellation rules will be finalized before self-serve commercial availability.
